Develop cosmetic products, oversee research and development processes in line with quality standards, and coordinate with production, sales, and related departments.
Plan customer visits, present and sell products to achieve sales targets, maintain customer relationships, resolve customer concerns, monitor market and competitor activities, and develop new project and product concepts based on customer needs.
Provide consultation and technical support for hardware, software, and internal communication systems. Install, update, and maintain computers, network systems, internet connections, and shared data drives. Maintain printers and arrange the replacement of printer supplies and consumables. Prepare repair requests and purchase requisitions, and follow up on IT equipment repairs. Manage inventory records and maintain sufficient stocks of backup equipment and spare parts. Prepare monthly and annual repair reports, analyze recurring issues, and recommend preventive solutions.
